Serie A: Lazio vs. Juventus Preview, Odds, Prediction

Lazio and Juventus open the seventh round of Serie A. This is the first of two big derbies scheduled for Sunday, with the second one between Atalanta and Inter Milan. Lazio is under heavy pressure right now, because of alleged false COVID-19 tests that allowed their players to appear on the court in the previous round even though having the infection. Though, knowing the Italian media, this might be just another rumor to draw some attention. Juve doesn’t have those problems, and is looking solid after Cristiano Ronaldo’s comeback.

Lazio (+250) is without a loss in five games, counting all the competitions. They played 1-1 this Wednesday in St. Petersburg against Zenit, which was their second draw in a row in the UCL. Immobile, Alberto, and the entire squad are COVID-free regardless of what many say. According to the most prominent Italian newspapers, they have all been tested negative on the virus. Radu and goalkeeper Proto are out because of injuries, while Lulic stands as questionable.
