Lars Bender is the only one who won’t play for Bayer in this game, and that is not such a bad situation for the hosts, although Bender is one of their best players.

Bayern is in a bit worse position. Corentin Tolisso, Lars Lukas Mai, Niklas Sule, and Philippe Coutinho are all out because of an injury.
