Sporting Kansas City and Vancouver Whitecaps aren’t in a position to relax and waste any points, and that’s why their upcoming clash has a massive significance. SKC is four points away from the Whitecaps, who are sitting ninth in the West, in the last position that leads to the play-in. Though, the playoffs are just one point further, while the fourth position in the West is two points away from the team from Canada. The victory against the MLS champs was proof that the Whitecaps are on the rise. Let’s be completely clear, they deserved to win that contest, even though the stats were on LA FC’s side. That was mostly due to the tactics set up by the Canadians. 

A massive problem for the Whitecaps are games on the road, as they have just one victory in the eight road trips, three draws, and four defeats. They had nine goals scored and 14 allowed.
